kebaikan minum air pada masa tertentu

2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs

my tips- sediakan air dalam botol kecil atau botol mineral sebab senang diminum dan senang nak bawa ke mana-mana... lepas minum boleh terus buang botol :D.....

kalo ke kedai mintak air suam or air mineral instead of minuman2 lain.

kat meja saya ada minimum 3@4 botol air mineral..wajib! 

kalo berjalan biasanya saya bawa sebotol air mineral..sebab tu beg saya berat ("-..-)
